integrity with ai

Grow on Threads and Substack, in your voice, without it becoming your second job.

I write and run the whole engine: daily posts that sound like you, long-form that turns readers into subscribers, and a plain report every Monday so you can see it working. AI does the heavy lifting. You keep the taste, the voice, and the final call.

the problem

An unsystemized presence has a sound to it.

If two of these are true, it isn't a discipline problem. It's a systems problem.

  • You post in bursts, then vanish

A good week, then three quiet ones. The algorithm forgets you faster than your audience does.

  • Nobody knows what you actually do

You post, people nod, and nothing changes. There's no through-line telling anyone why they should follow you or what you'd be worth hiring for.

  • The audience never lands

Views go up. Subscribers don't. There's no path from a post someone liked to a newsletter they'd actually open.

the method

Human-in-the-loop, in four steps.

AI does the heavy lifting. A real person keeps the taste and the judgement.

  1. 01

    Map

I read everything you've already published and find the format gap: what's working, what's quietly costing you reach, and the one lever nobody's pulled yet.

  2. 02

    Design

We shape the voice guide together. What you sound like, what you'd never say, what stays yours.

  3. 03

    Build

Posts go out daily in your voice. You approve a week ahead. Nothing publishes that you haven't seen.

  4. 04

    Report

Every Monday you get the numbers plain: views, followers, profile clicks, your top post, and the one thing I'm testing next.

what to expect

Our weekly rhythm.

You always know what's happening and what's working. Nothing to chase.

FRIDAY

Next week, previewed

You get the coming week's posts to review. Approve as-is or tweak. Approved posts auto-schedule for the following week, so you're always a week ahead.

DAILY

Always on

Around three posts a day go live in your voice, plus Substack Notes that feed your newsletter. No daily effort from you.

MONDAY

Social Pulse report

Your weekly numbers, plain and clear. Views, new followers, profile clicks, your top post, and what I'm testing next. Proof, every week.

MONTHLY

Deep work and plan

Two long-form Substack essays, the pieces that convert readers into subscribers, plus a check-in to shape the month ahead.

You show up as yourself. I handle the rest.

Consistent presence, real growth, and receipts every Monday, without it becoming your second job.

A note on engagement: I'll jump in on a few key comments to spark momentum, but I won't reply to every comment and DM. Full day-to-day community management is an optional add-on you can layer on anytime. It keeps things focused, and your money where it counts.

proof

The proof is my own brand — and now someone else's.

I ran this on myself first. One recent week: over 180,000 views across four platforms, a single post past 95,000, 130+ new followers, all of it run solo. Those are my numbers on my own brand, not an agency's.

My first client is a filmmaker building a newsletter audience from short-form. That work is underway. I'll show the results when there are results to show, not a screenshot of week one.

You'd be early, which means my full attention and a founding-client rate.

about ap

I build the systems I wished someone had built for me.

I started because I was burnt out. So burnt out I couldn't keep up with my own inbox, let alone a posting schedule.

I have ADHD. "Just be more consistent" had never once worked for me, and I'd stopped pretending it would. I didn't need more discipline. I needed systems that did the remembering for me.

So I built them, at first just to claw back my own life. Then I pointed the same thinking at my own brand, and it worked better than the willpower ever had.

That's the whole offer. Not more effort from you. Less.

More about how I work

the promise

Integrity isn't a tagline. It's the line I won't cross.

A lot of us with ADHD come with a built-in justice streak. A low tolerance for anything unfair or done in bad faith. Mine never switched off, and it's exactly why integrity sits at the centre of this.

So here's the promise. I'll never:

  • publish anything in your name that you haven't seen
  • automate away the judgement that makes your work yours
  • build you something you can't understand or run without me
  • use AI to cut a corner that would cost your audience's trust

AI should hand you back your time. It should never cost you your voice.

You show up as yourself. I handle the rest.
